returns

You can return your order to us within fourteen days. Returning orders should be convenient and resource-efficient. For this reason, our packages no longer include paper return labels.

If you wish to return an order, please request your return label by emailing info@yfy-skincare.de and stating your order number.
Please note that return shipping is at your own expense.

refund

Only unused items are eligible for a refund. Please avoid damaging or soiling the items. Return the goods to us in resalable condition and with all accessories. Damage or soiling caused by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. You will receive your refund promptly and no later than 14 days via the same payment method. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment.
