You can return your order to us within fourteen days.

Only unused items can be refunded. Please avoid damage and contamination of the items. Send the goods back to us in a resalable condition and with all accessories. Damage or contamination that can be traced back to the customer will not be accepted by us, but will be sent back at the customer's own expense. You will receive the refund immediately and at the latest within 14 days using the same payment method.
