Small jade roller: Gently massage around your eyes one after the other, from the center to the sides, from the eyebrows to the forehead and then to the hairline.
Large jade roller: Start at the neck or collarbone, gently press upwards, and repeat several times. When rolling onto the cheek, chin, or forehead, roll away from the center of the face.
Gua Sha: Move from the jaw, chin and mouth upwards and back, massaging each area 5-8 times.
