You can return your order to us within fourteen days.
The return of orders should be comfortable and resource-saving at the same time. For this reason, our packages no longer include paper return slips.
If you would like to return an order, then request your return slip by sending an email to info@yfy-skincare.de , stating your order number
Please note that the return is at your own expense.

refund

Only unused items can be refunded. Please avoid damage and contamination of the items. Send the goods back to us in a resalable condition and with all accessories. Damage or contamination that can be traced back to the customer will not be accepted by us, but will be sent back at the customer's own expense. You will receive the refund immediately and at the latest within 14 days using the same payment method. We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods or proof of shipment of the goods.
